This is a super zesty version of our Muscat bubbles - we cofermented the Muscat with Sauvignon Blanc from the same vineyard this year to add acid and minerality to the ripe and rich Muscat. Fermented in stainless steel and bottled to capture those bubbles, this wine is lemony and floral, with linen notes!!
