We’re proud to collaborate with Mike and Robin Nierychlo of Emandare Vineyard, located in beautiful Duncan, BC. Longtime friends and passionate stewards of the land, Mike and Robin came through for us early last year when we sought high-quality, BC-grown organic grapes, wine, or juice.
We purchased this elegant, dry-farmed ORGANIC wine from them last summer, kept it in neutral oak, then did a secondary fermentation this winter to make it sparkle.
Vibrant and expressive, this wine opens with layers of pomelo, red grapefruit, and mandarin orange.
Hints of lemon pie, toasted nuts, and dried fruit add richness and depth.
On the palate, bright salinity and a clean mineral edge balance beautifully with notes of white pear, white peach, and Marcona almond.
